ENGR 468 Engineering Finite Element Methods

Introduction to finite element methods for the solution of problems in structures, solid mechanics, heat transfer and fluids. Techniques for obtaining approximate numerical solutions to governing differential equations in the problem areas are covered. Industrial software is applied to a broad range of engineering problems involving analysis and design.
