MATH 496 Senior Mathematics Seminar I

Designed for senior mathematics majors as the capstone experience in the major. Students will read and discuss a scholarly paper of current interest in the instructor’s field of mathematics, discuss and practice conventions for writing mathematics, identify potential career paths resulting from a degree in mathematics, and select a topic for investigation in MATH 497. Prerequisite: MATH 397.
