AVIA 450 Aviation Law and Regulations

Study and application of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Emphasis on 14 and 49 CFR parts. Discussion topics to include: constitutional law, administrative law, enforcement actions, and international law affecting aviation. Additionally, may include the consideration and analysis of aviation regulatory environments and processes, such as regulatory certifications, rulemaking, and legislation. Offered odd years.
