Focus on aircraft and airline safety with study and application of decision making, risk management, and handling of aircraft related emergencies. Topics of discussion: incidents; accidents; safety studies; and accident investigations with a focus on casual and contributing factors to those investigated events and any resulting changes to mitigate future risk.
