Cardiac Electrophysiology

Electrophysiology is a subspecialty of cardiology that focuses on treating heart rhythm abnormalities. The Cardiac Electrophysiology Technologist will assist the Cardiologist during invasive procedures, including implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) and cardiac resynchronization therapy device implantations.

We offer an Associate Track and Certificate Track for this program, which are 12 months length. The AS degree is face to face with some online coursework, while the Certificate program is primarily online with a few face to face visits to the LLU campus. The Certificate Track is only available to applicants with a prior healthcare background.
