Film Major (Bachelor of Fine Arts)
A student majoring in film must complete the major core requirements including electives and art studio courses, for a total of 97 credit hours, plus16 credit hours of cognates, the general studies program, and all baccalaureate degree requirements as outlined in this bulletin.

ACA Summer program accepted for 9 credits with an additional 7 elective credits selected from the major to reach 16 credits. (Italy is recommended.)

LA Film Studies Center (24)
Petitions will be considered to attend a semester at the Los Angeles Film Studies Center (a study program within the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities) for up to 24 cognate credits. If a student completes the LA Film Studies Center Cognate Option, 8 credits will apply to the elective requirements for the major.
