PHTO 156 Principles of Photography

Introduction to universal, creative photographic concepts. Study of color and composition emphasized. Students will learn to control camera settings to match pre-visualized image. Emphasis on natural light photography. Operational six mega-pixel or greater digital DSLR camera required. Some rental cameras available. Two lectures and one laboratory per week. (Course fees apply.)
