NRSG 201P Introduction to Nursing

Introduction to professional nursing practice to provide a basis for use of the nursing process and therapeutic communication. Includes introduction to the QSEN concepts and concepts integrated into the baccalaureate nursing curriculum. Key topics include historical perspectives, ethical/legal principles, cultural care, patient teaching, current trends, health and wellness, and the health care delivery system.
