CPTR 354 Compilers and Languages
Introduction to modern compilers and programming language paradigms. Students will describe the formal language hierarchy, implement parsing algorithms for basic languages using a modern parser generator, and discuss symbol table organization. Students will also discuss the history of programming language development and write basic programs in representative languages from the functional and logic paradigms.
