Complaint Resolution Process for Online Students

Walla Walla University is a participating institution in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA), which establishes standards for offering distance education across state lines. Students enrolled in online courses under SARA policies who have complaints that have not been resolved through the university’s internal grievance procedures may refer to the complaint resolution process outlined on our website: wallawalla.edu/complaint.

For complaints that remain unresolved after exhausting institutional procedures, students may submit concerns to the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC), the SARA portal agency for Washington State. More details on filing complaints through WSAC and SARA can be found at the link above.
