The Manager of the University Shop is responsible to the Vice President for Financial Administration.
The manager manages the University Shop.
(Procedures)
Hires and supervises all full- and part-time non-student employees
Hires and orients all student employees
Conducts weekly staff meetings
Checks and signs all invoices and credit memos
Maintains a sound financial base for the store
Deals with customer complaints as needed
Meets with sales representatives
Develops and implements store policy
Plans, develops, and implements advertising for the store as a whole
Plans and implements special sales and promotions
