Withdrawals
Students withdrawing from any or all courses must submit the appropriate official withdrawal form to the Academic Records Office. During Summer Session, withdrawal deadlines vary according to the starting date and duration of each class; the table below lists main session withdrawal deadlines, as well as tuition refund deadlines. A complete schedule of withdrawal deadlines for all sessions is available at the Academic Records Office.
When a student withdraws during the quarter, no refund will be made until 30 days after the close of the month in which the student withdrew. Students who leave school without completing withdrawal procedures will be charged until proper arrangements are made. Refunds, if applicable, will be based on the date these arrangements are completed, not the date course attendance ended.
