ENGL 142 Advanced College Writing II
Presents exercises in style. Assignments focus on methods of holding to a subject, hearing language, and practicing the traditional rhetorical forms. Prerequisites: satisfactory completion of
ENGL 141, or a score of 5 on the AP Language and Composition or Literature and Composition Exam, or by recommendation of the English department. Preference will be given to students who have completed
ENGL 141.
