EDUC 382 Elementary Curriculum and Instruction: Social Studies

Survey of the curriculum, media, and research-based strategies used in teaching elementary social studies, with special attention paid to developing pedagogical content knowledge and use of Curriculum Based Assessments. Practicum required. Prerequisite: Admission to Teacher Certification Program.
