Theology and Religious Studies Major (Bachelor of Arts)

A student majoring in Theology and Religious Studies must complete 52 quarter hours in the major, the required cognates, the general studies requirements, and all baccalaureate degree requirements as outlined in this bulletin. Theology and Religious Studies majors may also take one of two concentrations: Pastoral Ministry or Chaplaincy Ministry.

Whenever possible, Theology and Religion majors are advised to take RELP 131 as their first course, followed by RELB 111 and RELB 231, in that order.

The School of Theology recommends that students take PSYC 130 General Psychology or PSYC 214 Developmental Psychology as one of their general studies electives.
