BIOL 400B – MARINE ENVIRONMENTAL PHYSIOLOGY: EXTREME LIFE OF THE SEA (5 CR)
Focuses on the physiology of marine organisms. Tours the marine environment and examines the biology of organisms found in a variety of marine habitats. Emphasis on physiological adaptations which allow species to survive in extreme habitats like the deep sea, hydrothermal vents, and oxygen minimum zones.
